Vases with capes; Sierdoek (decorative curtain)
The cape, and especially the Superhero was the inspiration for the image of ‘Sierdoek’ (decorative curtain), we wanted to tell the story behind the superhero picture.
As every ‘superhero’ should be, he is a ‘flower vase by day and superhero by night’
as twilight sets in, the vase sheds its flowers, and flies off, into the shimmering skies. he doesn’t go alone, a curtain by day, proudly functioned as a superhero cape by night.
This still life had to be aesthetically pleasing to look at with a nice fresh color palette and graphic and coloured shadow elements. A structured wall finish and glossy decorative curtain completes this picture. Made and photographed to scale in real life. We proudly present ‘Sierdoek’
